With all iBooks you can add your notes and highlight text. With some iBooks you
can share the highlights. This allows you to send the highlighted text to your
Evernote database.

I posted a blog recently telling you that Evernote would soon be updating to
version 5. When I went to check the app store on my iPad today I found that
Evernote had been upgraded.

designed to be a quick notetaking app, without any frills.

I sometimes find it easier to use a full-size keyboard with my iPad and my
iPhone rather than the screen keyboards that come with the devices.

In previous versions of the iOS, there wasn't an application for reminders. This
created many to do list type applications. With iOS 6, we now have a reminder
application that will sync through the iCloud to your other devices.

Skitch is a free app from the people that make Evernote. With Skitch you can
snap a page from the internet, take a photo with the camera, import a photo your
have previously taken, or start with a blank page. You can then draw on the
image, add arrows and annotation, or highlight areas.

Evernote is Updating...

Evernote announced today that they are updating their software for iOS devices.
The aim of the update is to make Evernote easier and faster to use. For
example, they are saying they want you to be able to access any note with two
clicks.
