BIM, or Not to BIM

To BIM or not to BIM that is the question. And this movie I look at a pergola and show the difference between modelling and 3D and using BIM objects. If you're going to model it, get the most you can out of it but using BIM. You can extract so much more information with BIM, and you can share it with others using IFC.
